Dr. Mora’s passion for healing is deeply personal. As a child growing up in Peru, he survived being run over by a bus—a traumatic accident that required multiple surgeries to treat his mangled legs. That experience shaped his empathy, perspective, and lifelong dedication to helping others recover from devastating injuries. As part of his philosophy of paying it forward he has gone on multiple charitable medical missions back to Perú to educate and treat patients who have suffered similar trauma.
Known for his artistic precision, Dr. Mora is also a skilled sketch artist. He brings the same artistic eye and attention to detail into the operating room, ensuring not only restored function but also attention to aesthetic symmetry and overall form.
